Retail Flooring Sales Representative: 

 

Have we got an opportunity for you!

Fitz Flooring is a well-respected multi-branch consumer retail organization and we are searching for an experienced full-time, permanent, Flooring Sales Representative to work in Calgary. We value the contributions our employees make to our success. We have a fast-paced business casual work environment, but we are serious about pleasing our customers.

As the successful candidate, you have a minimum of 5-7 years post high-school graduation experience selling retail flooring (blinds experience is an asset). You are adept at managing all sales related functions including:

• setting up displays, processing money
• determining customer needs
• providing expert advice about available products
• creating customer agreements for special order merchandise
• demonstrating the features and benefits of our complete line of flooring products
• processing payments
• providing accurate cost estimates on materials
• operating RFMS software, and
• other related duties as assigned

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the occasional Saturday (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) and we are closed on Sundays and Statutory holidays. Wages are commensurate with skill and experience; however, a fully-qualified candidate will earn $38-45K per annum.

This means we will look to you to work independently to problem-solve, communicate well with others, be a strong team player, be flexible, take initiative, demonstrate sound judgement, and do your part to help us make our business wildly successful!

 Window Coverings Specialist:

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with Hunter Douglas products and can provide exceptional customer service. Candidates must also be able to measure and provide accurate and timely estimates to customers. Fitz Flooring is a Hunter Douglas and Centurion/Alustra dealer.
